摘要
目的 比较不同浓度罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的效果.方法 选取 2020 年3 月至 2022 年10 月于济宁市任城区妇幼保健院行硬膜外分娩镇痛的 78 例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组 39 例.对照组注射 0.15%罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼,研究组注射 0.10%罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼,比较两组疼痛评分与不良反应总发生率.结果 镇痛10、30 min以及宫口全开后,两组疼痛评分低于注射前(P<0.05),但两组间疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 0.10%罗哌卡因与 0.15%罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外分娩镇痛的效果基本一致,但前者不良反应更少.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect between different concentrations of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil in epidural labor analgesia.Methods A total of 78 primiparas who underwent epidural labor analgesia in Jining Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was injected with 0.15% Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil,and the study group was injected with 0.10% Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil.The pain score and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 10 and 30 minutes of analgesia and full opening of the uterine orifice,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before injection,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of 0.10% Ropivacaine and 0.15% Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil is basically the same,but the former has fewer adverse reactions.
