摘要
目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年6月费县中医医院收治的60例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参比组(30例)与讨论组(30例).参比组采用阿奇霉素治疗,讨论组在参比组基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗,比较两组肺功能指标以及症状消失时间.结果 讨论组呼气流量峰值、用力呼气量高于参比组(P<0.05);讨论组症状改善时间短于参比组(P<0.05).结论 布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果显著,能够改善肺功能,促进症状缓解,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia in Fei County Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(30 cases)and discussion group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group was given Azithromycin treatment,and the discussion group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation adjuvant treatment on the basis of reference group.The lung function indexes and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in the discussion group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the symptom disappearance time in the discussion group was earlier than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia has significant clinical effect,which can improve lung function,promote symptom relief,and is worth popularizing.
