摘要
目的 探讨特布他林联合阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎中的治疗效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至2023 年 3 月西安交通大学第二附属医院儿童病院收治的 92 例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例).对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用特布他林联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间以及炎症因子水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 特布他林联合阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎中的治疗效果显著,能够改善症状,减轻炎症反应,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 92 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in Children's Hospital,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom disappearance time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin treating children with Mycoplasma pneumonia has significant effect,which can improve symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of promotion and application.
