摘要
目的 探讨产后保健护理对产妇产后心理及生理康复的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2023 年2 月于宁阳县妇幼保健院分娩的 78 例产妇,按照抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组各39 例.对照组采用产后常规护理,研究组采用产后保健护理,比较两组心理状态、生活质量、产后并发症总发生率以及护理总满意率.结果 研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 产后保健护理能够缓解产后焦虑、抑郁,提高生活质量,减少并发症,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of postpartum health care on postpartum psychological and physiological rehabilitation in parturients.Methods A total of 78 parturients who delivered in Ningyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received postpartum routine care,and the study group received postpartum health care.The psychological state,quality of life,total incidence of postpartum complications and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life scale was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum health care can alleviate postpartum anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and reduce complications,which is worth promoting.
