综合护理模式在月经不调患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨综合护理模式在月经不调患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年11月至 2023 年2 月费县人民医院治疗的 84例月经不调患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42 例)与观察组(42 例).对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理,比较两组护理依从性和心理状态.结果 观察组护理总依从率为 95.24%,高于对照组的 80.95%(P<0.05);护理后,两组心理状态评分均降低,且观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理模式用于月经不调患者中可缓解不良情绪,提高护理依从性,值得采纳.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with irregular menstruation.Methods A total of 84 patients with irregular menstruation admitted to Feixian People's Hospital from November 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing compliance and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing compliance of the observation group was 95.24% ,which was higher than 80.95% of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of mental state in the two groups both decreased,and the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model used in patients with irregular menstruation can alleviate the negative emotion and improve the nursing compliance,which is worth adopting.
