精细化护理模式联合小儿推拿在腹泻患儿中的应用

摘要
目的 探究精细化护理模式联合小儿推拿在腹泻患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取山东省沂水县高庄镇中心卫生院 2021年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月收治的 68 例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 34例.两组均接受对症治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理模式联合小儿推拿,比较两组症状缓解时间、依从性和护理满意度.结果 观察组相关症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总依从率、护理总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 腹泻患儿接受精细化护理模式联合小儿推拿可增加配合度,加快症状消退,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing mode combined with pediatric massage in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 68 children with diarrhea in Gaozhuang Town Central Health Center of Yishui County from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received refined nursing mode combined with pediatric massage.The symptom remission time,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of related symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing mode combined with pediatric massage for children with diarrhea can increase the degree of adaptability,accelerate the regression of symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.
