综合护理在女性老年高血压脑出血中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究综合护理在女性老年高血压脑出血中的应用效果.方法 选取安丘市人民医院2019 年10 月至 2022 年10 月收治的 62 例女性老年高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组心理状态、日常生活能力及并发症发生情况.结果 护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力评定量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 女性老年高血压脑出血患者采用综合护理可调节心理状态,提高日常生活能力,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly women with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 62 elderly female patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Anqiu People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=31)and the observation group(n=31)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The mental state,daily living ability,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of daily living scale score in the observation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in elderly women with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can regulate the mental state,improve the daily living ability,and reduce complications.
