加速康复外科理念联合人性化护理在乳腺切除患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨加速康复外科理念联合人性化护理在乳腺切除患者中的应用效果.方法 选取兰陵县人民医院 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月收治的 60 例行乳腺切除术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 30 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用加速康复外科理念联合人性化护理,比较两组心理状态、日常生活能力、疼痛、生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力评定量表评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 加速康复外科理念联合人性化护理应用于乳腺切除患者可减轻焦虑、抑郁状态,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量及日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept combined with humanized nursing in patients with mastectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with mastectomy admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept combined with humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.The mental status,activity of daily living,pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of activity of daily living scale and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After intervention,the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept combined with humanized nursing in patients with mastectomy can reduce anxiety and depression,relieve pain and improve quality of life and daily living ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
