摘要

目的 探讨以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)联合病例讨论教学法在儿科学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取皖南医学院附属太和医院临床专业 2018 级实习班和 2019 级实践班的 72 名学生为研究对象,将2018 级学生纳入对照组(42 名),2019 级学生纳入研究组(30 名).对照组接受传统教学法,研究组接受PBL联合病例讨论教学法.比较两组的考核成绩、自主学习能力评分、教学认可度、教学总满意率.结果 研究组理论成绩与实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,两组自主学习能力评分均升高,且研究组自主学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学认可度及教学总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 PBL联合病例讨论教学法在儿科学教学中的应用效果显著,能够提高学生的成绩与自主学习能力,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)method combined with case discussion teaching method in pediatric teaching.Methods A total of 72 students from the internship class of 2018 and the practice class of 2019 in the clinical specialist of Taihe Hospital of Wannan Medical College were selected as the research objects.The students from 2018 were included into the control group(42 cases),and the students from 2019 were included into the study group(30 cases).The control group received traditional teaching method,and the study group received PBL method combined with case discussion teaching method.The assessment results,autonomous learning ability score,teaching recognition and total teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of autonomous learning ability in both groups increased,and the scores of autonomous learning ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching recognition and total teaching satisfaction rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL method combined with case discussion teaching method in pediatric teaching has remarkable application effect,which can improve students'performance and autonomous learning ability,and is worth popularizing.
