摘要
目的 分析2019-2021年广州市番禺区妇幼保健院婚前医学检查结果.方法 收集2019 年1月至 2021年12 月广州市番禺妇幼保健院17 616 人的婚姻健康检查数据进行回顾性分析,统计不同年度疾病检出情况.结果 疾病总检出率为19.69%,其中指定传染病107 人,性传播疾病8人,HBsAg携带者1055 人,严重遗传性疾病1人,遗传性葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症 678 人,精神疾病 2 人,生殖系统疾病 939 人,内科系统疾病 678 人;2019 年度疾病总检出率(15.18%)低于 2020 年度(22.84%)和 2021年度(20.88%),而2020 年性传播疾病检出率高于 2019 年度和 2021年度,但不同年度疾病总检出率以及各类型疾病检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 广州市番禺区妇幼保健院 2020 年婚前疾病总检出率最高,需要严格执行婚前医学检查,降低出生缺陷发生率,实现优生优育.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the results of premarital medical examination in Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou from 2019 to 2021.Methods The marital health examination data of 17 616 people in Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected for retrospective analysis,and the disease detection in different years was counted.Results The total detection rate of diseases was 19.69% ,among which 107 were designated infectious diseases,8 were sexually transmitted diseases,1055 were HBsAg carriers,1 was severe hereditary disease,678 were hereditary glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency,2 were mental disorders,939 were reproductive system diseases.There were 678 cases of internal system diseases.The total detection rate of diseases in 2019(15.18% )was lower than that in 2020(22.84% )and 2021(20.88% ),while the detection rate of sexually transmitted diseases in 2020 was higher than that in 2019 and 2021.However,there were no significant differences in the total detection rate of diseases and the detection rate of various types of diseases in different years(P>0.05).Conclusion The total detection rate of premarital diseases in Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou is the highest in 2020.It is necessary to strictly implement premarital medical examination to reduce the incidence of birth defects and achieve eugenism.
