学龄前儿童注意缺陷多动障碍早期特征的研究进展

摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)属于神经发育性障碍,主要表现为注意力不集中、多动及冲动.ADHD相关症状在学龄前就已有所表现,并能够进行识别与诊断.本文对学龄前ADHD儿童早期特征的研究进展进行综述,归纳流行病学研究,梳理心理与行为等方面的早期预警特征,总结不同诊断观点,以期促进学龄前ADHD儿童的早期识别与诊断.
Abstract
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention,hyperactivity and impulsivity.ADHD related symptoms can be identified and diagnosed as early as preschool age.This article reviews the research progress on early characteristics of ADHD in preschool children,summarizes epidemiological studies,sorts out the early warning characteristics of psychological and behavioral aspects,and summarizes different diagnostic perspectives,in order to promote the early identification and diagnosis of preschool children with ADHD.
