摘要
宫颈机能不全是造成孕晚期流产或早产的主要原因之一,发病率呈逐年缓慢上升趋势.反复的孕晚期流产或早产,以及由此造成的早产儿相关疾病或新生儿死亡,不仅严重影响育龄期女性的身心健康,还会影响其家庭生活.目前宫颈机能不全的病因尚不明确,无明确且统一的诊断标准,主要根据病史、典型临床表现、超声检查或专科检查进行诊断.宫颈机能不全的治疗方法包括保守治疗和手术治疗,其中宫颈环扎术是目前公认的有效疗法,然而手术时机和手术方式的选择仍存在较多争议.为延长孕龄、改善妊娠结局,患者需在合适的时机进行合理的宫颈环扎治疗.
Abstract
Cervical incompetence is one of the main causes of late pregnancy abortion or premature delivery,and the incidence rate is increasing slowly year by year.Recurrent late pregnancy abortion or premature delivery,as well as the resulting diseases of preterm infants or neonatal deaths,not only seriously affect the physical and mental health of women in childbearing period,but also affect their family life.At present,the etiology of cervical incompetence is not clear,and there is no clear and unified diagnostic criteria.The diagnosis is mainly based on history of disease,typical clinical manifestations,ultrasound examination or specialist examination.The treatment of cervical incompetence includes conservative treatment and surgical treatment,of which cervical cerclage is currently recognized as an effective treatment,but there are still many controversies about the choice of surgical timing and surgical mode.In order to prolong the gestational age and improve the pregnancy outcome,patients need to carry out reasonable cervical cerclage treatment at the right time.
