摘要
目的 探讨Stat3、Pten蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 选择 2019 年1月至2023年 6 月深圳市光明区人民医院[旧称:中国科学院大学深圳医院(光明)]收治的84例子宫内膜癌患者,均行手术治疗,采集患者病灶组织、癌旁组织(距离病灶≥3 cm).分析不同组织、病理状态下Stat3、Pten蛋白表达情况.结果 病灶组织Stat3 蛋白阳性率高于癌旁组织,Pten蛋白阳性率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌患者不同临床分期、肌层浸润及淋巴结转移情况中Stat3、Pten蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Stat3、Pten蛋白在子宫内膜癌患者中表达异常,且在不同病理状态下阳性率存在差异.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Stat3 and Pten proteins in endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to Shenzhen Guangming District People's Hospital(former name:University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Hospital[Guangming])from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected.All patients underwent surgical treatment.The lesion tissues and adjacent tissue(≥3 cm from the lesion)of the patients were collected.The expressions of Stat3 and Pten protein in different tissues and pathological states were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Stat3 protein in lesion tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the positive rate of Pten protein was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of Stat3 and Pten proteins in patients with endometrial carcinoma in different clinical stages,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Stat3 and Pten proteins are abnormally expressed in patients with endometrial carcinoma,and the positive rates are different in different pathological states.
