摘要

目的 探讨宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染对阴道微生态的影响.方法 收集 2022 年3 月至 2023 年 6 月在泰兴市妇幼保健院妇科门诊行阴道微生态及HPV检测的 2267 例患者,将HR-HPV阳性的 659 例作为研究组,HR-HPV阴性的1608 例作为对照组,比较两组阴道微生态情况.结果 研究组中阴道微生态菌群、过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶活性、N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶、细菌性阴道病及需氧菌性阴道炎异常检出率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组白细胞酯酶异常检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 感染HR-HPV的患者更易导致阴道微生态失衡.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection on vaginal microecosystem.Methods A total of 2267 patients who underwent vaginal microecosystem and HPV detection in the gynecological clinic of Taixing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were collected,659 cases of HR-HPV positive were selected as the study group,and 1608 cases of HR-HPV negative were selected as the control group.The vaginal microecosystem of the two groups was compared.Results The abnormal detection rates of vaginal microecological flora,hydrogen peroxide,sialidase activity,N-acetyl-glucosaminidase,bacterial vaginosis and aerobic vaginitis in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate of leukocyte esterase between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients infected with HR-HPV are more likely to cause vaginal microecosystem imbalance.
