黄体酮联合谷维素治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨黄体酮联合谷维素治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至2023 年1月沧州市献县人民医院收治的 60 例围绝经期综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各 30 例.对照组给予谷维素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予黄体酮治疗,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平及症状评分(Kupperman评分).结果 治疗后研究组子宫内膜厚度[(4.91±1.07)mm]大于对照组[(3.27±0.91)mm](P<0.05);治疗后研究组雌二醇水平[(42.57±19.60)pg/ml]高于对照组[(31.59±16.28)pg/ml],促卵泡激素、黄体生成素水平[(30.21±4.01)mIU/ml、(13.15±3.04)mIU/ml]低于对照组[(35.14±6.52)mIU/ml、(20.58±4.97)mIU/ml](P<0.05);治疗后研究组Kupperman评分[(9.11±1.57)分]低于对照组[(17.97±3.91)分](P<0.05).结论 黄体酮联合谷维素治疗围绝经期综合征患者,能够改善临床症状以及性激素水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Progesterone combined with Oryzanol in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Xian County People's Hospital in Cangzhou City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oryzanol,and the study group was treated with Progesterone on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels and symptom score(Kupperman score)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group([4.91±1.07]mm)was greater than that of the control group([3.27±0.91]mm)(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol level of the study group([42.57±19.60]pg/ml)was higher than that of the control group([31.59±16.28]pg/ml),follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels([30.21±4.01]mIU/ml,[13.15±3.04]mIU/ml)were lower than those in the control group([35.14±6.52]mIU/ml,[20.58±4.97]mIU/ml)(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman score of the study group([9.11±1.57]points)was lower than that of the control group([17.97±3.91]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with Oryzanol in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels.
