宫腔镜电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果及对复发的影响

摘要
目的 探讨宫腔镜电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果及对复发的影响.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年1月在中国贵航集团三〇二医院接受治疗的 80 例子宫内膜息肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各40 例,均采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用曼月乐治疗,对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、月经周期以及复发情况.结果 术后 3 个月观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,月经周期短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 宫腔镜电切术联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜息肉,能够减小子宫内膜厚度,调节月经周期,降低复发率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Levonorgestrel intrauterine system(Mirena)in the treatment of endometrial polyp and its influence on recurrence.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyp who were treated in China National Guizhou Aviation Industry Group 302 Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Mirena,and the control group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after operation,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the menstrual cycle was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometrial polyp can reduce endometrial thickness,regulate menstrual cycle and reduce the recurrence rate.
