益气化痰膏联合益气贴治疗小儿肺炎恢复期的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨益气化痰膏联合益气贴治疗小儿肺炎恢复期的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至2023 年10 月北海市中医医院收治的 200 例肺炎恢复期患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各100例.对照组采用西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用益气化痰膏联合益气贴治疗.比较两组症状体征中医积分及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,治疗组症状体征中医积分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 益气化痰膏联合益气贴治疗小儿肺炎恢复期的临床效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch in the treatment of convalescent stage of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 200 children in the convalescent stage of pneumonia treated in Beihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch on the basis of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine scores of symptoms and signs and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch has definite clinical effect in the treatment of convalescent stage of pneumonia in children,and can effectively improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
