连续性血液净化技术在重症监护室患儿中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨连续性血液净化技术在重症监护室患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 6 月至2023 年 6 月滨州市第二人民医院重症监护室收治的 70 例患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 35 例.对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以连续性血液净化技术.比较两组临床疗效及实验室指标.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞计数均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 连续性血液净化技术在重症监护室患儿中的应用效果较好,可有效改善患儿C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞计数,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous blood purification in children in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 70 children admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Binzhou Second People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given continuous blood purification based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous blood purification in children in intensive care unit is good,and can effectively improve the C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
