窝沟釉质成形封闭术治疗小儿窝沟龋齿的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨窝沟釉质成形封闭术治疗小儿窝沟龋齿的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至2022年12月邹城市千泉卫生服务中心收治的100例窝沟龋齿患儿,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与科研组,每组各 50 例.参照组采用普通窝沟封闭术,科研组采用窝沟釉质成形封闭术.比较两组牙周指数、炎症程度、封闭剂保留情况及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,科研组菌斑指数、出血指数、白介素-6 及白介素-8 均低于参照组(P<0.05).科研组封闭剂总保留率高于参照组(P<0.05).科研组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 窝沟釉质成形封闭术治疗小儿窝沟龋齿的临床效果确切,可有效改善牙周指数与炎症程度,且封闭剂保留情况良好,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enameloplasty sealant technique in the treatment of children with pit and fissure caries.Methods A total of 100 children with pit and fissure caries admitted to Qianquan Health Service Center of Zoucheng City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with common sealant technique,and the research group was treated with enameloplasty sealant technique.Periodontal index,inflammation degree,sealant retention and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total retention rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enameloplasty sealant technique has definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with pit and fissure caries,and can effectively improve periodontal index and inflammation degree,and the sealant retention is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
