补肾运脾方联合生长激素治疗脾肾不足型生长激素缺乏症患儿的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨补肾运脾方联合生长激素治疗脾肾不足型生长激素缺乏症患儿的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年 9 月至 2023 年 3 月仪征市中医院收治的100 例脾肾不足型生长激素缺乏症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50).对照组采用生长激素治疗,观察组采用补肾运脾方联合生长激素治疗.比较两组临床疗效、生长发育情况和代谢指标.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组生长发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 补肾运脾方联合生长激素治疗脾肾不足型生长激素缺乏症患儿的临床效果较好,可促进患儿生长发育,改善代谢指标,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone in the treatment of children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency.Methods A total of 100 children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency treated in Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with growth hormone,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone.The clinical efficacy,growth and development and metabolic indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the growth and development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone in the treatment of children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency has good clinical effect,can promote the growth and development of children,and improve metabolic indexes,worthy of clinical promotion.
