摘要
目的 探讨重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏治疗小儿传染性软疣的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023年3月在滨州市中心医院皮肤科就诊的84例传染性软疣患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶分组法分为参照组(42 例)与试验组(42 例).参照组采用夹疣治疗,试验组采用重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏治疗.比较两组治疗效果及复发情况.结果 试验组总有效率高于参照组,复发率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏治疗小儿传染性软疣的临床效果较好,复发率较低,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream in the treatment of children with molluscum contagiosum.Methods A total of 84 children with molluscum contagiosum admitted to Department of Dermatology,Binzhou Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The reference group was treated with verruca clamp method,and the experimental group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream.The treatment effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the recurrence rate of the experimental was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream has good clinical effect and low recurrence rate in the treatment of children with molluscum contagiosum,which is worthy of clinical application.
