摘要
目的 探讨利巴韦林结合肠外营养治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年 3 月至2023 年 3 月郯城县精神病医院收治的 86 例手足口病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组各43 例.参照组予以利巴韦林治疗,研究组予以利巴韦林结合肠外营养治疗.比较两组治疗效果和临床症状缓解时间.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05).研究组发热缓解时间、疱疹消失时间、腹痛缓解时间、食欲改善时间均短于参照组(P<0.05).结论 利巴韦林结合肠外营养治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果确切,有助于临床症状的改善,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ribavirin combined with parenteral nutrition in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 86 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to Tancheng County Psychiatric Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Ribavirin,and the study group was treated with Ribavirin combined with parenteral nutrition.The therapeutic effect and clinical symptom remission time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The time of fever relief,herpes disappearance,abdominal pain relief and appetite improvement in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ribavirin combined with parenteral nutrition in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease is accurate,helpful to the improvement of clinical symptoms,and worthy of clinical application.
