患侧拉伸结合健侧力量提升治疗小儿肿块型斜颈的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨患侧拉伸结合健侧力量提升治疗小儿肿块型斜颈的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年12 月于徐州市儿童医院康复科就诊的 60 例肿块型斜颈患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各 30 例.对照组采用患侧拉伸手法治疗,研究组采用患侧拉伸结合健侧力量提升治疗.比较两组肿块横径、临床体征评分及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,研究组肿块横径短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组头部偏斜程度、侧屈受限及旋转受限评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组临床疗效优良率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 患侧拉伸结合健侧力量提升治疗小儿肿块型斜颈的临床效果较好,可有效缩短肿块横径,改善临床体征,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of affected side stretching combined with healthy side strength lifting in the treatment of pediatric mass torticollis.Methods A total of 60 children with mass torticollis treated in the Department of Rehabilitation of Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with affected side stretching,and the study group was treated with affected side stretching combined with healthy side strength lifting.The transverse diameter,clinical signs score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the transverse diameter of the mass in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the head deviation degree,lateral flexion limitation and rotation limitation scores and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of affected side stretching combined with healthy side strength lifting in the treatment of pediatric mass torticollis is good,which can effectively shorten the transverse diameter of the mass and improve clinical signs,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
