摘要
目的 探讨超声引导下连续腹横肌平面阻滞在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果.方法 选取在贵州省六盘水市妇幼保健院 2022 年4月至 2023 年4月行剖宫产术的 60 例产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组术后实施静脉自控镇痛,观察组术后实施超声引导下连续腹横肌平面阻滞镇痛,比较两组疼痛情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组术后1、2、3 d疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后 3 d疼痛评分低于术后 2 d、术后1 d,术后 2 d疼痛评分低于术后1 d(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 超声引导下连续腹横肌平面阻滞在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果较好,能够减轻疼痛,降低不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasound-guided continuous transversus abdominis plane block for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods Sixty pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guizhou Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after surgery,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided continuous transversus abdominis plane block after surgery.The pain and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).The pain score of the two groups at 3 days after surgery was lower than that at 2 days and 1 day after surgery,and the pain score at 2 days after surgery was lower than that at 1 day after surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided continuous transversus abdominis plane block has a good application effect in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section,which can relieve pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
