氨甲环酸联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨氨甲环酸联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血的临床效果.方法 选取 2018 年1月至2022 年12 月桓台县妇幼保健院收治的 300 例产后出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(150 例)应用缩宫素治疗,观察组(150 例)在对照组基础上应用氨甲环酸联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗,比较两组产后出血量、凝血指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组产后2、12、24 h出血量较对照组少(P<0.05);观察组纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 氨甲环酸联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血的临床效果较好,能够改善凝血功能,减少产后出血量,降低不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 300 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(150 cases)was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group(150 cases)was treated with Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate on the basis of the control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2,12 and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fibrinogen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is good,which can improve coagulation function,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions.
