摘要
目的 探讨miR-210、SIRT3 在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇胎盘组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 选取梅州市人民医院 2023 年1月至 6 月收治的 45 例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,按照疾病类型分为妊娠高血压组(15 例)、子痫前期组(15 例)、重度子痫前期组(15 例),另选取同期15 例单胎健康孕妇为对照组,采集各组胎盘组织,检测并分析miR-210、SIRT3-mRNA表达情况.结果 四组miR-210、SIRT3-mRNA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).重度子痫前期组miR-210 水平高于其他三组,SIRT3-mRNA低于其他三组(P<0.05);子痫前期组miR-210 水平高于妊娠高血压组、对照组,SIRT3-mRNA水平低于妊娠高血压组、对照组(P<0.05);妊娠高血压组miR-210 水平高于对照组,SIRT3-mRNA水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 重度子痫前期患者miR210 表达水平较高,而SIRT3 表达水平较低,且随着病情加重,有明显变化趋势.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-210 and SIRT3 in placental tissues of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 45 patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy admitted to Meizhou People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected.According to the type of disease,they were divided into gestational hypertension group(15 cases),preeclampsia group(15 cases)and severe preeclampsia group(15 cases),and 15 healthy singleton pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Placental tissues of each group were collected,and the expressions of miR-210 and SIRT3-mRNA were detected and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the levels of miR-210 and SIRT3-mRNA among the four groups(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in the other three groups,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in preeclampsia group was higher than that in gestational hypertension group and control group,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in gestational hypertension group and control group(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in the gestational hypertension group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miR210 in patients with severe preeclampsia is higher,while the expression level of SIRT3 is lower,and there is a significant change trend with the aggravation of the disease.
