缩宫素联合卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力引起产后出血的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究缩宫素联合卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力引起产后出血的临床效果.方法 选取在宁阳县妇幼保健院2016年1月至2022年12月行剖宫产术的98例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组.观察组(49 例)予以缩宫素联合卡贝缩宫素,对照组(49 例)予以缩宫素,比较两组产后出血量、宫缩情况、不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组产后 2、24 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫缩良好率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 缩宫素联合卡贝缩宫素在产后出血中的应用效果较好,能够减少产后出血量,降低不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oxytocin combined with Carbetocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section.Methods A total of 98 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Ningyang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group(49 cases)was given Oxytocin combined with Carbetocin,and the control group(49 cases)was given Oxytocin.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,uterine contraction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The good rate of uterine contraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with Carbetocin has a good application effect in postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions.
