乳腺癌患者不良心理状况调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查分析乳腺癌患者心理状况及影响因素.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月于重庆市黔江中心医院就诊的100 例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,收集患者的临床资料,进行心理状况调查,分析焦虑抑郁的影响因素.结果 有 51例患者存在心理问题;logistic回归分析显示,医疗付费方式为自费、年龄<35 岁、家庭人均月收入<3000 元、乳腺癌患者体像问卷中文版评分升高为乳腺癌患者发生心理问题的危险因素,乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表评分升高、社会支持量表评分升高为乳腺癌患者发生心理问题的保护因素(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌患者心理问题发生率较高,基础背景、社会支持等是乳腺癌患者心理问题的主要影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological status in patients with breast cancer and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer in Qianjiang Central Hospital of Chongqing from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,the clinical data were collected,psychological status was investigated and the influencing factors of anxiety and depression were analyzed.Results There were 51 patients with psychological problems.The logistic regression analysis showed that the medical payment methods were self-expense,age>35 years old,per capita monthly household income<3000 yuan and higher score of the body image after breast cancer questionnaire-Chinese version were risk factors for psychological problems in breast cancer patients,the increase of the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast score and social support rating scale score were protective factors for psychological problems in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of psychological problems in breast cancer patients is high,and basic background and social support are the main influencing factors.
