甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素治疗小儿甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素治疗小儿甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果.方法 选取2021年10 月至 2022 年12 月南方医科大学第七附属医院收治的 84 例甲状腺功能亢进症患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为常规组(42 例)与观察组(42 例).常规组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在常规组基础上联合左甲状腺素治疗.比较两组甲状腺激素水平、用药不良反应发生情况及甲状腺体积.结果 治疗后,观察组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、血清游离甲状腺素均低于常规组,促甲状腺激素水平高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺体积小于常规组(P<0.05).结论 甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素治疗小儿甲状腺功能亢进症可调节甲状腺激素水平,减少用药不良反应,缩小甲状腺体积.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Methimazole combined with Levothyroxine in the treatment of pediatric hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 84 children with hyperthyroidism from October 2021 to December 2022 admitted to the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the conventional group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)using the odd even number method.The conventional group was treated with Methimazole,and the observation group was treated with Levothyroxine on the basis of the conventional group.The thyroid hormone levels,incidence of adverse drug reactions and thyroid volume were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine and serum free thyroxine in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,the level of thyrotrotrophin was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The thyroid volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Methimazole and Levothyroxine in the treatment of pediatric hyperthyroidism can regulate the levels of thyroid hormone,reduce the adverse drug reactions and thyroid volume.
