枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合七氟醚在腹腔镜全子宫切除术麻醉中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合七氟醚在腹腔镜全子宫切除术麻醉中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年11月至 2022 年11月于济南市第三人民医院接受腹腔镜全子宫切除术治疗的 50 例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,每组各 25 例.研究组采用枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合七氟醚麻醉,对常规组采用枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组应激反应及临床指征恢复时间.结果 麻醉后,研究组心率、血糖、收缩压和舒张压均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组自主呼吸恢复、麻醉苏醒、言语应答、拔管及定向力恢复时间均短于常规组(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜全子宫切除术中应用枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合七氟醚麻醉可减轻患者的应激反应,缩短麻醉后各项临床指征的恢复时间,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Sevoflurane in the anesthesia of laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Jinan Third People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the study group and the conventional group using the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The study group received Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Sevoflurane,and the conventional group received Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Propofol.The stress response and clinical indication recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results After anesthesia,the heart rate,blood glucose,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The time of spontaneous breathing,anesthesia awakening,speech response,extubation and directional force recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Sevoflurane in the anesthesia of laparoscopic total hysterectomy can reduce the patients'stress response and shorten the recovery time of various indications after anesthesia,which is worthy of promotion and application.
