摘要
目的 探究小剂量米索前列醇溶液在足月妊娠孕妇引产中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年1月新疆生产建设兵团第一师阿拉尔医院收治的具有引产指征的 74例足月妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,以双色球法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 37 例.对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组采用小剂量米索前列醇溶液引产,比较两组分娩指标、新生儿状况、引产效果及用药不良反应.结果 观察组产后出血量少于对照组,宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组,临产时间、总产程均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出生 5 min Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组引产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在足月妊娠孕妇引产中口服小剂量米索前列醇溶液可促进宫颈成熟,缩短产程,促进孕妇顺利分娩.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of low-dose Misoprostol solution in induction of labor on term pregnant women.Methods A total of 74 term pregnant women with indications for induction of labor admitted to Alaer Hospital of the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the term pregnant women were divided into the control group and the observation group using the bicolor sphere method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given Oxytocin,while the observation group was given low-dose Misoprostol solution.The delivery indicators,newborn condition,induction effect and medication adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The volume of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the cervical Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the delivery time and total stage of labor process in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score at 5 minutes of birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induction of labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of low-dose Misoprostol solution in induction of labor on term pregnant women can promote cervical maturation,shorten the labor process,and facilitate smooth delivery.
