摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用效果.方法 选取济南市第三人民医院产科 2021年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月收治的 82 例剖宫产术后产妇为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41).对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组住院时间、下床活动时间、排气时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 快速康复护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中应用,可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,促进术后恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in puerpera care after cesarean section.Methods A total of 82 puerpera after cesarean section admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Jinan Third People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The hospitalization time,time to get out of bed and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in puerpera care after cesarean section can reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction and promote postoperative recovery.
