循经抚触联合针对性护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨循经抚触联合针对性护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至2021年1月宿迁市妇幼医院收治的60例高胆红素血症新生儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30 例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循经抚触联合针对性护理,比较两组的临床指标和发育情况.结果 观察组黄疸消失时间、首次排胎便时间、胎便转黄时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组Gesell婴儿发育诊断量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 循经抚触联合针对性护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of meridian touch combined with targeted nursing in hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods A total of 60 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in Suqian Women and Children Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received meridian touch combined with targeted nursing.The clinical indexes and development of the two groups were compared.Results The time of jaundice disappearance,first fetal defecation time and fetal stool turning yellow time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Gesell infant developmental diagnostic scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian touch combined with targeted nursing in hyperbilirubinemia of newborn has significant application effect,which is worth promoting.
