摘要
目的 探讨以家庭为中心的产科优质护理对初产妇产后抑郁情况及自我效能的影响.方法 选取 2019 年10 月至 2022 年12 月海西州妇幼保健和计划生育服务中心收治的116 例初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(58 例)与研究组(58 例).对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用以家庭为中心的产科优质护理,比较两组产后抑郁状况(EPDS)、自我效能评分(EE-16、OE-16)及护理满意度.结果 干预后研究组EPDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后研究组EE-16、OE-16 评分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 以家庭为中心的产科优质护理可以改善初产妇产后抑郁,提高自我效能及护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family-centered obstetric high quality nursing on postpartum depression and self-efficacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 116 primiparas admitted to Haixi Prefecture Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from October 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(58 cases)and study group(58 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received family-centered obstetric high quality nursing.The postpartum depression(EPDS),self-efficacy score(EE-16,OE-16)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the EPDS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the EE-16 and OE-16 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered obstetric high quality nursing can improve the postpartum depression,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of primiparas.
