摘要
目的 探讨沃森人文关怀理论护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023 年1月于兰陵县人民医院乳腺甲状腺外科治疗的 60 例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30 例)、观察组(30 例).对照组行常规护理,观察组行沃森人文关怀理论护理,比较两组状态自尊以及自我护理能力.结果 护理后,观察组状态自尊量表的外表自尊、社会自尊、行为自尊评分以及总评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自护责任感、自护技能、自护知识、自我概念评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 沃森人文关怀理论护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者的状态自尊和自我护理能力,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Watson's humanistic care theory nursing in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer in Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Lanling People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Watson's humanistic care theory nursing.The state self-esteem and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the appearance self-esteem,social self-esteem,behavioral self-esteem scores and total score of state self-esteem scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care responsibility,self-care skills,self-care knowledge and self-concept in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Watson's humanistic care theory nursing in patients with breast cancer has significant application effect,which can improve patients'state self-esteem and self-care ability,and is worth promoting.
