摘要
目的 探讨心理护理干预在月经不调患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 8 月至 2022 年7 月青岛市市北区水清沟街道社区卫生服务中心治疗的 80 例月经不调患者为研究对象,按照抛币法将其分为参照组(40 例)与研究组(40 例).参照组采用常规基础护理干预,研究组在参照组基础上采用心理护理干预,比较两组的满意度评分及心理状态评分.结果 研究组服务态度、服务细节、服务全面性、护患配合、护理环境评分高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑及抑郁评分低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 心理护理干预应用于月经不调患者能够提高满意度,改善心理状态,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with menstrual disorders.Methods A total of 80 patients with menstrual disorders in Shibei District Shuiqinggou Street Community Health Service Center of Qingdao from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The reference group was given conventional basic nursing intervention,while the research group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of reference group.The satisfaction score and psychological status score of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of service attitude,service details,service comprehensiveness,nurse-patient cooperation and nursing environment scores in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention applied to patients with menstrual disorders can improve satisfaction and psychological state,which is worth promoting.
