摘要
目的 探讨King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年 5 月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的100 例GDM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组给予分阶段健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育,比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育可提高GDM患者血糖达标率,改善患者自我管理能力,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 100 patients with GDM in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given phased health education,and the observation group was added refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The standard rates of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education can increase the blood glucose standard rate of patients with GDM and improve the self-management ability of patients,which is worth promoting.
