医护一体化联合快速康复外科理念在子宫内膜癌手术治疗患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨医护一体化联合快速康复外科(FTS)理念在子宫内膜癌手术治疗患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年 3 月在临沂市兰山区人民医院行手术治疗的 84例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方式进行分组.采用常规护理的患者纳入参照组(42 例),采用医护一体化联合FTS理念的患者纳入研究组(42 例),比较两组的护理效果.结果 研究组下床活动时间、排气时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组术后12、24、48 h的视觉模拟评分法评分低于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化联合FTS理念应用于子宫内膜癌手术治疗患者可促进术后康复,减轻术后疼痛,改善心理状态,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of medical care integration combined with fast track surgery(FTS)concept in patients undergoing surgical treatment for endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing methods,patients who received routine nursing were included in the control group(42 cases),and patients who received medical care integration combined with FTS concept were included in study group(42 cases).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,exhaust time,incision healing time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores in the study group at 12,24 and 48 hours after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical care integration combined with FTS concept applied to patients undergoing surgical treatment for endometrial carcinoma can promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce postoperative pain,and improve psychological state,which is worthy of promotion.
