精细化护理在小儿纤维支气管镜术护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨精细化护理在小儿纤维支气管镜术(FFB)护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年12 月青岛大学附属泰安市中心医院收治的 68 例行FFB的患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)、观察组(34例).对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细化护理,比较两组的操作时间、并发症总发生率、依从性评分、家长总满意率.结果 观察组操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性评分、家长总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 精细化护理在小儿FFB护理中的应用效果显著,能够缩短操作时间,减少并发症,提高患儿依从性及家长总满意率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric flexible fiber bronchoscope(FFB).Methods A total of 68 children who underwent FFB in Tai'an Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given refined nursing.The operation time,total complication rate,compliance score and total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance score and total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric FFB is remarkable,which can shorten the operation time,reduce complications,improve the compliance of children and the total satisfaction rate of parents,and is worth promoting.
