摘要
目的 探讨鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月于兰陵县人民医院分娩的 60 例新生儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组(n=30)、研究组(n=30).参照组给予常规基础护理,研究组给予鸟巢式护理,比较两组的生长发育情况、临床指标、不良反应总发生率.结果 研究组首次胎便时间、胎便转黄时间短于参照组,体温波动低于参照组,体重增长、每日进奶量、血氧饱和度高于参照组,睡眠时间长于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果显著,可促进新生儿生长发育,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 60 newborns in Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by the random number table method.The reference group received routine basic nursing,and the study group received bird nest nursing.The growth and development,clinical indexes and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first fetal stool and the time of fetal stool turning yellow in the study group were earlier than those in the reference group,the body temperature fluctuation in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the body weight increase,daily milk intake and blood oxygen saturation in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the sleep time in the study group was longer than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing has remarkable application effect,which can promote the growth and development of newborns,and is worth popularizing.
