集束化护理在重型颅脑外伤患儿护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨集束化护理在重型颅脑外伤患儿护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月至2023 年4月山东省东明县人民医院收治的 64例重型颅脑外伤患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为参照组和试验组,每组各 32 例.参照组采用常规护理,试验组采用集束化护理,比较两组神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、日常生活情况及颅内压.结果 干预后,试验组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表、日常生活能力评定量表评分均低于参照组,简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于参照组(P<0.05);干预后,试验组颅内压低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 集束化护理在重型颅脑外伤患儿护理中的应用效果较好,可改善预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of children with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 64 children with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to Dongming County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group received the routine nursing,and the experimental group received the cluster nursing.The degree of neurological deficits,motor function,daily living conditions and intracranial pressure of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale and activity of daily living scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the intracranial pressure of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of children with severe traumatic brain injury is better,which can improve the prognosis.
