产后综合盆底康复训练在产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨产后综合盆底康复训练在产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2023 年1月至 5 月上海市浦东新区人民医院治疗的 90 例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(45 例)与研究组(45 例).对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合开展产后综合盆底康复训练,比较两组盆底肌力、盆底功能及护理满意度.结果 干预后,两组盆底肌力均较干预前改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组盆底器官脱垂-尿失禁性功能问卷评分高于对照组,盆底功能障碍问卷与盆底功能影响问卷简表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 产后综合盆底康复训练在女性产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用效果较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of postpartum comprehensive pelvic floor rehabilitation training in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 90 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from January to May 2023 in Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the study group(45 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group received routine care,and the study group received postpartum comprehensive pelvic floor rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the both groups was improved,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pelvic organ prolapsed-urinary incontinence sexual questionnaire-12 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 and pelvic floor impact questionnaire-7 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive pelvic floor rehabilitation training is particularly effective in patients with postpartum comprehensive pelvic floor dysfunction.
