摘要
目的 探讨自我效能干预在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2018 年1月至2022 年12 月在宝鸡市凤翔区中医医院治疗的 80 例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40 例)与观察组(40 例).对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取自我效能干预,比较两组自我效能感、健康行为和心理状态.结果 护理后,两组自我效能感量表、健康促进生活方式量表评分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组总体幸福感量表各项评分及总分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 自我效能干预在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用效果较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of self-efficacy intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Fengxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Baoji City from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received self-efficacy intervention.The self-efficacy,healthy behavior and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of general self-efficacy scale and health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ of the two groups were both increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general well-being schedule and total score of the two groups were both increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention has a good effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
