导乐陪伴联合导乐分娩镇痛仪在阴道分娩初产妇中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨导乐陪伴联合导乐分娩镇痛仪在阴道分娩初产妇中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年8 月至 2023 年 6 月于菏泽市第六人民医院行阴道分娩的112 例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各 56 例.对照组采用常规助产护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用导乐陪伴联合导乐分娩镇痛仪助产,比较两组第一与第二产程、疼痛情况、阴道分娩成功率与护理满意度.结果 试验组第一与第二产程均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组活跃期、潜伏期的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组阴道分娩成功率与护理满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 导乐陪伴联合导乐分娩镇痛仪可有效缩短阴道分娩初产妇产程,缓解分娩疼痛,提高阴道分娩成功率与护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of doula accompany combined with doula delivery analgesia apparatus in vaginal delivery primiparas.Methods A total of 112 primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery in Heze Sixth People's Hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine midwifery assistance,while the experimental group received doula accompany combined with doula delivery analgesia apparatus for midwifery.The first and second stages of labor,pain situation,success rate of vaginal delivery and nursing satisfaction of the two group were compared.Results The first and second stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of visual analogue scale in the active phase and latency of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of vaginal delivery and nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of doula accompany and doula delivery analgesia apparatus can effectively shorten the delivery of vaginal delivery primiparas,alleviate labor pain and improve the success rate of vaginal delivery and nursing satisfaction.
