摘要
随着医改进入"深水区",以妇产科为重心的专科医院面临着严峻的考验.妇幼专科医院应深入思考未来发展问题,力求通过革新人力资源理念、丰富人才培训方式、建立绩效考核办法、健全激励机制和拓宽晋升渠道等促进人力资源管理变革,为妇幼专科医院健康和长远发展奠定良好的基础.
Abstract
With the medical reform entering the"deep water area",the specialized hospital with obstetrics and gynecology as the center of gravity is facing a severe test.Maternal and child specialized hospital should think deeply about the future development,and strive to promote the reform of human resources management by innovating the concept of human resources,enriching personnel training methods,establishing performance appraisal methods,perfecting incentive mechanism and broadening promotion channels,so as to lay a good foundation for the health and long-term development of maternal and child hospital.
