综合管理在儿童重症监护室管理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨综合管理在儿童重症监护室管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2022 年4 月德州市陵城区人民医院参与儿童重症监护室管理的 40 名护理人员作为研究对象,根据不同的管理模式分为两组.采用常规管理模式的护理人员纳入对照组(n=20),采用综合管理模式的护理人员纳入观察组(n=20),比较两组的管理质量和检查质量.结果 观察组医嘱执行、辅助检查落实、医嘱处理、检查报告跟进的管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组环境安全、患儿交接安全、仪器设备安全的检查质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合管理可提高儿童重症监护室管理的质量,促进检查工作的落实,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive management in the management of pediatric intensive care unit.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff who participated in the management of pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different management modes.Nurses who adopted conventional management mode were included in the control group(n=20),and nurses who adopted comprehensive management mode were included in the observation group(n=20).The quality of management and inspection was compared between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of medical order execution,auxiliary inspection implementation,medical order processing and inspection report follow-up in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inspection quality scores of environmental safety,children's handover safety,instrument and equipment safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management can improve the quality of management in pediatric intensive care unit and promote the implementation of inspection work,which is worthy of promotion.
