Objective To compare the application effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid admitted to the Laiwu District Kou Town Community Health Service Center in Jinan City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)by coin tossing method.The control group was given continuous epidural anesthesia,and the study group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of anesthesia and complete block time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in uterine fibroid surgery is more effective.
