Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiao'er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in children with acute diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with acute diarrhea admitted to Zhen'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Saccharomyces Boulardii,and the experimental group was given Xiao'er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii.The total effective rate,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,immune function indexes and stool status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,vomiting and fever in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score and frequency of stool in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii can improve the therapeutic effect of acute diarrhea in children,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and promote the improvement of stool status and immune function.
