Objective To investigate the application effect of Watermelon Frost combined with Vitamin B12 Solution in children with oral ulcer.Methods A total of 66 children with oral ulcer treated in Xiawa Town Health Center of Zhanhua District of Binzhou City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vitamin B12 Solution,and the study group was treated with Watermelon Frost based on the control group.The immune function,pain degree and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 days after treatment,the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Watermelon Frost combined with Vitamin B12 Solution in children with oral ulcer can improve the immune function,alleviate the degree of pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.
