Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 50 children with asthma admitted to Tancheng First People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the study group(n=25).The control group was given atomization of Budesonide Suspension Inhalation,while the study group was given Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the improvement time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of shortness of breath,wheezing sound,cough and lung rales in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma is exact,which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and application.
